can this mod works on subsilver2 based?

I think it's not supported style, but you can do it for yourself

And now my question:
If I want search for something in CMS, it's not possible (in my case min, and I use it as new page - kb.php with index.php content). Is it only my problem, or it's not included in this CMS?

Actually no I currently have no time to work on these mods...but to answer your question - There is currently no search functionality

When I installed it and went to my ACP to complete the install, I got a blank page with:
